Identity or source-of-funds review: nothing pending; any document request answered same day☐
Financed deal: lender has the RealScore Report and knows the down payment arrives by wire at funding☐
Funding source unchanged since contract; any new wallet verified first☐
Multiple transfers or assets: plan agreed with RealOpen; every transaction ID tracked☐

Two days out
