How to find your wallet address in Exodus

How to find your receiving address in Exodus for the asset you hold, ready to submit for crypto wallet verification and a proof-of-funds letter.

Exodus is a multi-chain wallet available on desktop and mobile. Each asset has its own receiving address, so select the asset that matches where your funds are.

Steps

  1. Open Exodus and unlock it.
  2. Go to the wallet/asset you want and choose Receive.
  3. Exodus shows the receiving address (and a QR code) for that asset.
  4. Copy the address and verify the first and last characters before using it.

Important notes

  • Each asset has a distinct address and network. A Bitcoin address won't reflect an Ethereum balance, and tokens only show on the chain they're held on.
  • Exodus may generate fresh receiving addresses for some assets; older addresses you've used still belong to you, but the balance you want may be on a different one.
  • Never share your recovery phrase. No verification asks for it.

For current steps, see Exodus's official support documentation.
