The balcony is one of my favorite features of my place. It is relaxing to sit there during the day or watch the sunrise or sunset. Even more relaxing after night fall while the gentle breeze caresses your skin as you hear the chirping of the crickets. The front yard has a beautiful lawn that is kept up by the Home Owners Association.
