THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The building stand on Skillman Avenue, just a few blocks away from the Graham L Train, Cooper Park, and many restaurants and locales. The walk to the train is no more then 4 to 5 minutes, and a C-Town & produce grocery store are also practically on top of the Graham L.
