This house needs LOTS of work....but the setting and location are fantastic. Wonderful location on Caney Creek for some of the best fishing and crabbing ever! Just a short boat trip and you are in the ICW and off to East Matagorda Bay or the Gulf of Mexico.....The house has some good bones, but buyer will need to determine whether or not to tear down or fix up. Additionally buyer will need to provide their own survey for accurate lot dimensions and also own measurements of the house interior. There is a good boat/RV cover next to the house.
