This beautiful house has been freshly painted, swimming pool has been repasted 3 years ago , but recently drain and cleaned. thermostat and A/C has been installed 3 years ago. The house been updated on plumbing about 3 years ago.. Pex plumbing. and the Water heater is 2 years old, house has been slightly undated. looks in good condition. its a must come and see!
