Sixmile Creek Timber and Hunting Ranch is an attractive East Texas property with many recreational opportunities. Currently managed for timber this property includes a large creek, appealing topography, and an appropriate mix of hardwoods. This ranch has been well maintained and has remained in the same family for decades. The topography is generous and provides over 200’ of relief with some extended views. The areas with the most topography are primarily hardwoods. Approximately 126 acres of plantation was planted in 2018. Around 100 acres of timber was harvested in 2021 with some of the remaining portions hardwoods. Sixmile Creek tracks some of the eastern boundary and is live-water.
