Condo was updated in October 2016 and has only had one tenant since then although it is now vacant and easy to show. The condo is built like a townhouse with the main rooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs each having a vanity in the bedroom with a Jack and Jill bath which share the bathtub and toilet. Downstairs has a half bath where the living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry room are located. Condo has a 2-car carport. Size of the rooms are approximate. HVAC was installed in 2016. Water heater was installed January 2024. After 7 years since the last update, the condo just needs cosmetics. Pool has been closed by the HOA for almost 15 years, but the pool still looks pretty.
