This lovely cottage was built in 1938 in the Historic District of Fifth Ward, near the newly developing East River Project. Situated just north of downtown near bus lines and Metro rail. The cottage was renovated in 2009 and the foundation was repaired in 2012. Not much to do in this one. Just waiting for your loving touch and decor.
