Great house in Forest Bend with a huge yard! These updates were completed starting in May through June of 2023: A/C compressor, evaporator, and duct work replaced, roof maintenance was completed, back patio cover installed, interior and exterior freshly painted, kitchen appliances-stove, microwave, dishwasher, and ceiling fan, part of the driveway and back patio repoured. The bay window in the family room has been ordered and will be replaced. Room sizes and measurements are approximate, please independently verify.
