Wow !!!!!!! This is one of those greenpoint pre war gems that only comes along once I awhile. It is spacious, gorgeous, and filled with light from the oversized windows in every room. The original floorboards have been lovingly preserved and the ceilings are very high throughout. This will not last. Pets are permitted on a case by case basis.
