The unit is really private, you dont hear anything as there is no one to the left of you and the room to the right is far away. Kitchen was recently renovated with a new dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge w/freezer. Two giant windows allow great light into the apartment. 5 minute walk to Whole Foods and Walgreens. Just cross the street and you are right in battery park!
