Julie K. O'Neill

Julie O’Neill has been representing start-up entities and entrepreneurs for over 35 years, having executed a wide variety of sophisticated transactions in the U.S. and internationally. Julie focuses her practice on corporate and securities law. She has counseled entities at all stages of the corporate lifecycle from start-up financing through exit.

Julie graduated from Yale University with a B.A. and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Boston College Law School.
