Seller purchased the property prior to citywide zoning and has made no inquiries with City Planning as to possible use, zoning, or rezoning and will not accept any offer subject to any zoning issue. The wood fence at the rear was not built by the seller. Seller and buyer has no obligations to allow access by the apartment tenants or hosting their trash cans, flags, or picnic tables.
