HUDSON RIVER VIEWS FROM ALL ROOMS!
NEW BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED, EXQUISITE FINISHES, GREAT LAYOUT & FLOW - This 28th floor corner home is turn-key move in ready. Enter the central foyer and to the left is the open eat-in chef's kitchen, with the entertaining peninsula with stainless steel appliances, including a Viking professional double oven range with a 6 burner gas cook-top and grill, and a bonus breakfast nook. The large double exposure corner living area has 8 windows (13 throughout entire apartment), which allow for great direct southern and western afternoon sunlight, with views to the Hudson River. From the long gallery hallway, there is access to the sunny western facing 3 bedrooms; including the main bedroom at the end of the hallway. Spacious marble bathrooms include: the main ensuite bathroom, which has a double vanity, deep soaking bathtub, and separate shower. The hallway bathroom has a walk-in shower with a ledge. Storage options include a linen closet, 2nd bedroom closet, double main bedroom closets, and a huge suburban style walk-in utility room with a full size side-by-side washer and dryer. This home has a new central air conditioning system, radiator heat, and the building is wired for FIOS. There are hardwood floors, custom designed window treatments and lighting, and Farrow and Ball European paint throughout. The maintenance is over 60% tax deductible, and includes gas, water, and heat, and there is a live-in superintendent, 24 hour friendly and efficient doormen and porters. For the convenience of loading and unloading your car, there is a side entrance to the building on Liberty Place. The building is zoned for district 2, Spruce Street School (PS 397, Pre-K through 8th grade).

Designed by Henry Ives Cobb, Liberty Tower was upon its completion in 1910 "one of only a handful of skyscrapers," according to The New York Times. "Its striking Gothic style, the centuries-old inspiration for cathedral spires that reach into the sky to approach the divine, is central to the tower's romantic appeal," and the terra-cotta faade is richly adorned with birds, alligators, flowers and gargoyles. Designated a city landmark in 1982 and added the following year to the National Register of Historic Places, the building also received a preservation award from the New York Landmarks Conservancy in 2010.

Neighborhood amenities include dining and shopping at the Oculus, Eataly, Brookfield Place and the new Seaport. The brand new Whole Foods Fidi is now open. Many subway lines at the Fulton Center and the WTC Path station are moments away.
